收集個人資料聲明(「PICS」)
曜莘中文教育中心有限公司（以下簡稱「本公司」）尊重《個人資料（私隱）條例》（以下簡稱 「該條例」）的私隱權保障，並致力確保閣下的個人資料按照法律規定受到保護。 為此，本公 司要求所有員工及相關代理人，在處理個人資料時，均須遵守該條例，並採取高標準的安全和 保密措施。
本公司提供本 PICS 的目的，是為了符合該條例中關於在收集個人資料時須履行的告知責任。 本 PICS 應與本公司的《私隱政策聲明》（以下簡稱「PPS」）一併閱讀。 本公司的最新 PPS 詳 情，可於本公司網站查閱。
請仔細閱讀本 PICS 及本公司的 PPS，以了解本公司的私隱政策及處理閣下個人資料的方式。
本公司會不時按實際需要修訂本 PICS 及/或 PPS，並將在切實可行的情況下，盡力提前通知閣 下有關修訂。閣下亦應不時查閱本公司最新版本的相關政策。
1. 定義
1.1 除非另有說明，本 PICS 中下列詞語具有以下涵義： 「個人資料」 指可識別個人身份的資料或敏感數據，例如但不限於：姓名、年齡、性別、照 片、地址、聯絡方式、香港身份證或護照號碼、職業、教育背景、學業表現記錄等。 本 PICS 中，單數詞包含複數意義，反之亦然；男性稱謂亦包含女性及其他性別；標題僅為方 便查閱而設，不影響條文內容的解釋。
2. 收集個人資料的途徑
2.1 在以下情況，閣下可能會向本公司提供個人資料：
(a) 申請報讀本公司的課程或活動；
(b) 成為本公司的學生或客戶；
(c) 使用及註冊本公司的服務；
(d) 購買本公司的教材或產品；
(e) 瀏覽及/或使用本公司的網站及/或應用程式；
(f) 參加本公司舉辦的講座、工作坊或其他活動；
(g) 以其他方式與本公司進行聯絡或查詢。
2.2 在進行上述任何事項時，閣下可能需要向本公司提供個人資料。
2.3 閣下於進行上述事項時提供個人資料，即表示閣下自願同意提供該等資料。若閣下未能提 供必需的個人資料，本公司可能無法處理閣下的申請或提供相關服務。
3. 收集個人資料的目的
3.1 本公司可能會將閣下的個人資料用於以下用途：
(a) 處理閣下報讀課程、購買產品及使用服務的申請；
(b) 核實身份、處理費用及提供客戶支援；
(c) 進行與教學、評估及學生管理相關的必要工作；
(d) 進行內部統計、研究及分析，以改善服務；
(e) 遵守適用的法律、法規或政府部門的要求；
(f) 履行與閣下之間的合約責任；
(g) 向閣下發送關於課程、活動、促銷優惠的直接市場推廣信息（在獲得閣下同意或不反對的 情況下）；
(h) 與上述任何目的直接相關的其他用途。
4. 個人資料的使用及轉移
4.1 本公司會將個人資料用於本 PICS 及 PPS 所述之目的。為達成該等目的，本公司可能會將閣 下的個人資料轉移予以下類別的第三方：
(a) 為本公司提供運營服務的供應商（例如資訊科技、支付處理或郵寄服務供應商）；
(b) 在法律要求下，或為遵守法庭命令、響應執法機構或其他政府部門的合法要求，而必須披 露的接收方。
5. 直接市場推廣
5.1 在獲得閣下同意或不反對的情況下，本公司可能使用閣下的姓名、聯絡方式及課程記錄， 透過電郵、電話、短訊等方式，向閣下推廣本公司的課程、活動及服務。
如閣下不希望接收直接市場推廣信息，可隨時透過電郵通知本公司客戶服務部（郵箱： radiantbright.edu.hk@gmail.com），註明姓名及學生/客戶編號（如有），要求停止使用閣下的個人 資料作此用途。
6. 未能提供個人資料的影響
6.1 除非特別說明，閣下需提供本公司要求填寫的個人資料。若閣下未能提供必需的個人資 料，可能導致本公司無法處理閣下的申請或提供相關服務。
7. 查閱或更正個人資料
7.1 根據該條例，閣下有權要求查閱及更正本公司所持有的閣下的個人資料。如欲提出查閱、 更正或刪除個人資料的要求，請以書面形式聯絡本公司客戶服務部：

8. 個人資料的保存
8.1 本公司只會在達致收集資料之目的，或遵守相關法律所必需的期限內，保存閣下的個人資 料。
8.2 不再需要的個人資料，將以安全的方式銷毀。
9. 未成年人士
9.1 若閣下未滿 18 歲，請在向本公司提供個人資料前，先與父母或監護人一起閱讀本 PICS 及 PPS，並在獲得其同意後，方提供個人資料。
10. 私隱政策聲明
10.1 本公司的 PPS 及本 PICS 會不時更新。閣下應定期瀏覽本公司網站，以查閱最新版本。
10.2 如欲了解本公司最新的私隱政策，請查閱本公司網站上的《私隱政策聲明》。
備註：
1. 如本聲明中英文版本存在歧義，概以英文版為準。
2. 曜莘中文教育中心有限公司保留隨時修訂本聲明及 PPS 的權利，恕不另行通知。
3. 閣下可隨時按上述第 5.1 條所述方式，要求停止接收直接市場推廣信息。

Personal Information Collection Statement (“PICS”)
Radiant Bright Chinese Education Centre Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") respects the privacy rights under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of the Laws of Hong Kong (hereinafter referred to as "the Ordinance") and is committed to ensuring that your personal data is protected in accordance with the law. For this purpose, the Company requires all employees and relevant agents to comply with the Ordinance and adopt high standards of security and confidentiality when handling personal data.
The Company provides this PICS to comply with the notification requirements under the Ordinance regarding the collection of personal data. This PICS should be read together with the Company's Privacy Policy Statement (hereinafter referred to as "PPS"). Details of the Company's latest PPS can be found on the Company's website.
Please read this PICS and the Company's PPS carefully to understand the Company's privacy policies and practices regarding the handling of your personal data
The Company may revise this PICS and/or the PPS from time to time as deemed necessary and will endeavour to provide prior notice of any such revisions where practicable. You are also advised to check the latest versions of the relevant policies from the Company periodically.
1. Definitions
1.1 Unless otherwise specified, the following terms in this PICS shall have the following meanings:
"Personal Data" refers to data or sensitive information that can identify an individual, such as but not limited to: name, age, gender, photographs, address, contact details, Hong Kong Identity Card or passport number, occupation, educational background, academic performance records, etc.
In this PICS, the singular includes the plural and vice versa; masculine terms also include the feminine and other genders; headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the provisions.
2. Means of Personal Data Collection
2.1 You may provide Personal Data to the Company in the following circumstances:
(a) Applying for the Company's courses or activities;
(b) Becoming a student or client of the Company;
(c) Using and registering for the Company's services;
(d) Purchasing the Company's teaching materials or products; (e) Browsing and/or using the Company's website and/or applications;
(f) Participating in seminars, workshops, or other events organized by the Company;
(g) Contacting or making inquiries with the Company by other means.
2.2 You may be required to provide Personal Data to the Company when engaging in the above activities.
2.3 By providing Personal Data for the purposes mentioned above, you are deemed to have voluntarily consented to the provision of such data. Failure to provide necessary Personal Data may result in the Company's inability to process your application or provide related services.
3. Purposes of Collecting Personal Data
3.1 The Company may use your Personal Data for the following purposes:
(a) Processing your applications for course enrollment, product purchases, and service usage;
(b) Verifying identity, handling fees, and providing customer support;
(c) Conducting necessary work related to teaching, assessment, and student management;
(d) Conducting internal statistics, research, and analysis to improve services;
(e) Complying with applicable laws, regulations, or requirements of government authorities;
(f) Fulfilling contractual obligations with you;
(g) Sending you direct marketing information about courses, activities, and promotional offers via email, phone, SMS, etc. (subject to your consent or no objection);
(h) Other purposes directly related to any of the above.
4. Use and Transfer of Personal Data
4.1 The Company will use Personal Data for the purposes stated in this PICS and the PPS. To achieve these purposes, the Company may transfer your Personal Data to the following categories of third parties:
(a) Service providers engaged by the Company for operational support (e.g., IT, payment processing, or mailing service providers);
(b) Recipients to whom the Company is required to make disclosure by law, or to comply with a court order, or in response to lawful requests from law enforcement agencies or other government departments.
5. Direct Marketing
5.1 Subject to your consent or no objection, the Company may use your name, contact details, and course records to promote the Company's courses, activities, and services to you via email, phone, SMS, etc.
If you do not wish to receive direct marketing information, you may at any time notify the Company's Customer Service Department by email (radiantbright.edu.hk@gmail.com), providing your name and student/client number (if any), to request the cessation of using your Personal Data for such purposes.
6. Consequences of Failure to Provide Personal Data
6.1 Unless otherwise specified, you are required to provide the Personal Data requested by the Company. Failure to provide necessary Personal Data may result in the Company's inability to process your application or provide related services.
7. Access to and Correction of Personal Data
7.1 In accordance with the Ordinance, you have the right to request access to and correction of your Personal Data held by the Company. Requests for access, correction, or deletion of Personal Data should be made in writing to the Company's Customer Service Department:

8. Retention of Personal Data
8.1 The Company will retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by relevant laws.
8.2 Personal Data that is no longer required will be destroyed in a secure manner.
9. Minors
9.1 If you are under the age of 18, please read this PICS and the PPS with your parent or guardian and obtain their consent before providing your Personal Data to the Company.
10. Privacy Policy Statement
10.1 The Company's PPS and this PICS will be updated from time to time. You should visit the Company's website periodically to check for the latest versions.
10.2 To understand the Company's latest privacy policy, please refer to the Privacy Policy Statement on the Company's website.
Remarks:
1. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of this Statement, the English version shall prevail.
2. Radiant Bright Chinese Education Centre Limited reserves the right to revise this Statement and the PPS at any time without prior notice.
3. You may request to cease receiving direct marketing information at any time by following the method described in Clause 5.1 above.
